Training Week 4

Last week my runs were significantly easier than the week prior, and my back hurt significantly less!! WHOOP! On my cross training days I went for a walk with the dog for about 40 minutes, and did a Pinterest work-out the other day. If you are bored with the usual – you should try this one…

I was actually pretty sore after that work-out, I don’t think I was expecting it to be that good, but if you keep moving and don’t take a break between them, it burns pretty good!! This upcoming week is going to look like this…
Off to enjoy the remainder of my rest day, wine anyone? ;-)

    The 100 workout sounds awesome! I just started working out and am trying to get in shape for my 40th birthday in October. This would be great for me to try.
