Sweaty Sunday : Week 6/16 – 6/22
My week was bananas last week and I knew it was going to be before it started. So, on Sunday night I told Mike I was going to set my alarm and go to the gym before work. I already get to work shortly after 7 am, so he raised his eyebrows and said “whatever you wanna do!” I wasn’t totally convinced that I was going to be able to pull it off, but I hate to miss a week of work outs just because my schedule ramps up a bit. Plus, my new job is actually on the other side of the gym, so the guilt wears on me double if I don’t make it.
Here’s the work out run down for the week.
Monday – 10 minute warm up, lift arms, stretch, ab work, 15 minute run, 10 minutes on the elliptical
Tuesday – 30 minutes on the elliptical, ab work, lift arms, 10 minute run, walk to cool down
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – 30 minute row, ab work
Friday – Rest
Saturday – ab work, lift arms, 20 minute jog
As it turns out, I really like this routine and I think I might keep it!
